Hi! Let me introduce myself, I’m Nicola. I live in Dublin, Ireland and I’m married with two almost-teenage daughters. I’m a qualified Pilates instructor, and I also work as a long-haul airline pilot. Both of these things helped lead me to my interest in nutrition.
I’ve always loved fitness and food but did not always get the results I wanted. As a pilot, I sit for long hours and my sleep patterns are less than ideal. Being in the flight deck for long periods can lead to bad eating habits and reaching for the nearest quick fix – a common problem for many people with busy lifestyles.
Through my studies and practices, I found ways to help myself and others live a healthier, functional lifestyle, both mentally and physically.
